Doug oversees the day-to-day operations of SPPI and is directly involved in all major transactions. He reports to ownership and directs the company accordingly. Doug is Past President of the Pittsburg Chamber of Commerce and current Chairman Elect of the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce. He has over 26 years experience in the industry and has been with SPPI for the last 15 years. He is a graduate of the University of California of Santa Barbara.

Mark oversees all financial aspects of the company with particular expertise in project financing, transactional closings and financial forecasting. He has over 26years industry experience, with 17 years at SPPI. Mark is a California licensed CPA and Real Estate Broker. He holds a B.A. Accounting/Finance from San Francisco State University.

Controller, MIS Director

Carol oversees all accounting and IT aspects of the company with expertise in controllership and information technology. She has over 31 years industry experience with 22 years at SPPI. Carol holds many certifications including, Cisco CCNP, Microsoft MCSA, MCAS and holds a BS Accounting / Information Systems from Drake University.

Commercial Properties Manager

Bob manages the industrial, business park and retail properties and works in conjunction with Doug Messner in the leasing efforts of those properties. Bob has 9 years of industry experience and is in his fifth year with Sierra Pacific Properties. He is a Board of Director with the Pittsburg Chamber of Commerce and holds a BS from the University of San Francisco in Economics.
